He worked as an industrial painter for 15 years prior to becoming an instructor. Tim is an OSHA Construction Industry Outreach trainer, mobile elevating work platform/aerial lift trainer, and forklift/powered industrial truck trainer. He also holds an associate degree in occupational development.

Robin resides in Kentucky with her son, and when not at Job Corps, she can be found camping, hiking and kayaking. Robin also is a guest blogger, ghost-writer and memoir author.

After 25 years in the commercial and residential plumbing field working in new construction and service, he transitioned into facilities maintenance, including 10 years in the hotel industry. His teaching experience includes assisting with home-schooling his five children, teaching theology and basic shop skills at the homeschool co-op, and ministry work from public speaking to social media outreach and even publishing a book.

is a Welding instructor at Cincinnati Job Corps Center and brings 25 years of experience with the UA Local 392 working in plumbing, pipefitting and mechanical equipment. He served as an instructor for apprentices at Local 392 for 17 years. He was also a recording secretary and health and welfare trustee for 15 years at Local 392. Cliff served on the Clermont County Community Services directors board for 12 years and the Clermont County homeless shelter board for 12 years.

serves as Career Preparation instructor at Cincinnati Job Corps Center. After completing her enlistment in the United States Air Force, she looked for employment. Once she read the qualifications and mission of Job Corps, she felt it would be a great fit. For the past 29 years, Sharon has worked in several departments at Job Corps, including records, scheduling, residential, center standards and career services.

finance supervisor, previously served as Math instructor before assuming his current role at Cincinnati Job Corps Center in 2018. He brings more than 35 years of teaching experience and currently teaches as an adjunct professor at Cincinnati State Community and Technical College. When he isn’t working, John enjoys walking, reading, singing in his church choir and playing with his grandkids.

He earned an Associate of Arts degree in human services from Big Sandy Community and Technical College, a bachelor’s degree from Morehead State University and a master’s degree in criminal justice administration.
