Misha-El Thompson

Ms. Thompson came to Guthrie Job Corps in 2006 from the Virgin Islands at the age of 17. During her enrollment at Guthrie Job Corps Center, she earned her high school diploma and became certified in her trade. Additionally, she took advantage of the ACT/OCT College program and graduated in 2012 with a Bachelors' Degree from Langston University. What asked what she attributes to her success, Thompson said, "Attending Guthrie Job Corps has allowed me to begin a career. I am doing what I love which is helping others."
