MJLM has extensive experience working with Job Corps and in the education arena as a whole. As the former National Career Technical Training Support Contractor for the National Office of Job Corps, the MJLM team developed a system-wide initiative designed to align all 120+ center-operated national training programs through implementing standards-based Career Technical Training (CTT) programs.
In their history working with Job Corps, MJLM has developed and upgraded career technical training materials, conducted comprehensive performance evaluations to improve academic performance, performed cost containment studies, led change management efforts, prepared program evaluations, and developed and implemented plans to improve operational performance.
Today, MJLM provides center operations and management, program support, oversight, and implementation of CTT programs. MJLM has the resources, knowledge, and expertise to develop and implement high-quality programs, provide superior training and center management, and propel students to their highest potential.
