St. Louis Job Corps Center is located on a 17-acre campus in St. Louis, Missouri, on a former military facility just a short drive from the Gateway Arch and St. Louis Union Station. The Center is targeted for significant federal investment, with plans to update and modernize the campus.
The St. Louis Job Corps Center is located on 17 acres of what was once the Hanley Area of the former St. Louis Ordnance Plant, a munitions plant that had its heyday during WWII.
Our campus' residential living facilities can house 288 male students in eight dorms and 152 female students in four dorms. All rooms have a private restroom. Independent-living suites are available to students who qualify. Residential students live with up to three roommates and enjoy the following amenities:
- laundry facilities
- TV lounges
- vending machines
- computer labs
An independent living adviser is on-site to help make dorm life safe, clean, and productive for the students. We also serve nonresidential students.
Students stay in separate male and female dormitories. There are up to four students in each dorm room. Your room will be assigned to you upon arrival at the center.
Job Corps values diversity and will provide you with opportunities to live and interact with people of many different backgrounds.
