Keystone is among the nation’s oldest Job Corps Centers having opened its doors in 1967. The center sits on 170 acres in Drums, Pensylvania, just a short drive from the Pocono Mountains near the city of Hazleton and the Pocono Raceway.
Keystone is among the nation’s oldest Job Corps Centers having opened its doors in 1967. Previously, the 122-acre site was the Kis-Lyn School for Boys which was in operation from 1912 to 1965.
Our campus' residential living facilities can house 300 male students in four dorms and 171 female students in two dorms. There's also an enrollee dorm with separate rooms for males and females. All rooms have private bathrooms. Residential students live with three roommates and enjoy the following amenities:
- laundry facilities
- computer labs
- TV lounges
- vending machines
We also serve nonresidential students.
Students stay in separate male and female dormitories. There are up to four students in each dorm room. Your room will be assigned to you upon arrival at the center.
